Yes, it is possible to send samples. Please let us know your wishes, including the product, quantity, and destination. Please note that you will be responsible for the logistics costs. In addition, if the quantity is extremely large, we may consult with you separately.

How do I pay?

We accept advance payment in Japanese yen. Please let us know if you would like to pay in USD.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is a minimum order quantity for each product. Please feel free to contact us. We can also consult with you regarding the initial order quantity.

I would like you to use the logistics company that I use.

Yes, you can use the logistics company specified by the buyer.

I can’t find a logistics company.

We will assign a logistics company.

This is my first time importing from Japan.

Please rest assured that we have a track record of exporting to various countries. However, when importing into the buyer’s country, cooperation from the buyer is essential. Let’s work together and do this together.

I’m interested, but I won’t know if it will sell in my country until I try it.

At first, why not start with a small amount? There is a minimum order quantity for each product, but we understand the concerns of buyers, so we will consult with them. Let’s have a close meeting and decide together.

Initial sales require advertising.

Due to company policy, we do not use Zoom for web meetings, but is Zoom required for web meetings?

In principle, we use Zoom, but other methods such as Google Meet and Microsoft Teams are also available.

I don’t understand Japanese at all, but is it possible to have a meeting?

We have staff who are proficient in English, so we recommend meetings in English. If you would like to have a meeting in another language, please contact us in advance before the meeting.

Is OEM support possible?

Depending on the product, OEM support is possible. Let’s think about the desired product, budget, delivery date, etc. together. Please note that in the case of OEM, the minimum order quantity is often higher.

I would like to sell exclusively in my country.

When starting out, we don’t really recommend an exclusive contract because we don’t know the number of sales. Also, depending on the country, we may already have a sole agent. However, please feel free to contact us if you are unsure whether you can expect a large number of sales or if you have a sole agent.
